Frac Oil Heaters (Patent Pending)
These units are designed to heat hydrocarbon products with no flame being within 60 feet or more of any flammable fluids.
To remain safe, typical hot oilers suck the oil as far from the tanks as possible. This forces them to pump/circulate at low rates, thus the hydrocarbon is heated at 90° - 110° C in a burner.
Our unit can transfer heat from glycol to hydrocarbon at 50 - 100% faster rates. Thus hydrocarbon being heated is exposed to much lower high temperatures and the tanks can actually be heated faster.
This unit has heated fracturing fluids for such companies as:
- Petro-Canada
- CNRL
- Duvernay
